Gas Chromatography Mass Spectroscopic System (GC-MS) is used in analytic chemistry for separating and analyzing compounds that can be vaporized without decomposition. The GC-MS system is assembled with CDS pyrolyser and is used to analyse the following:
  1. Identification of Rubber by Pyrolysis-Gas Chromatography
  2. SBR/BR blend ratio during reverse engineering

Inductively coupled plasma – optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) is a technique in which the composition of elements in (mostly water-dissolved) samples can be determined using plasma and a spectrometer. It is used to analyse the following:
  1. Metal ion detection in finished rubber product
  2. Dissolve metal ions in water sample
  3. Coating metal estimation in bead wire
  4. Coating metal estimation steel wire
  5. Heavy metal detection in water soluble matrix
