HASETRI – The Beginning

HASETRI, the world’s first NABL-accredited PTP Lab, is a leading Rubber and Tyre Research Institute dedicated to innovation, precision testing, and technology development. With advanced elastomer testing labs and NABL-accredited facilities, we set global standards in research, material evaluation, and skill development, driving progress for the rubber, tyre, and allied industries in both domestic and international markets.

The Hari Shankar Singhania Elastomer & Tyre Research Institute (HASETRI) is India’s first independent rubber research institute and tyre research institute, established in 1991 at Kankroli, Rajasthan, under the visionary guidance of Late Shri Hari Shankar Singhania. Recognized as the world’s first NABL-accredited Proficiency Testing Provider (PTP) lab, HASETRI is a pioneer in elastomer testing, tyre technology, and allied research. Today, it stands as a trusted NABL lab and a centre of excellence, driving innovation, skill development, and growth for the global rubber and tyre industry.

Hasetri received Prof. SK Joshi laboratory excellence award from quality council of india (QCI) during their silver jubilee celebration held on 6th october 2022 at new delhi, this is the first testing laboratory in private sector in india to receive this award.

Hasetri imparted training to candidates under the STAR scheme of NSDC, GOI in rubber sector (under rubber SDC) for the job roles of mill & tyre building operator commercial vehicles. The institute has been approved as the first training provider for rubber sector by RSDC under NSDC, GOI
